Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts Executive to manage quotations, orders, and delivery coordination from our Lentor location. The role supports engineering teams and customers with pricing, availability, and lead times.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in engineering or related fields and have 1-2 years of spare parts or technical coordination experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is required. Working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.

Salary: $2800 - $3500
