Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts Executive to join our team in Lentor, Singapore.

The role handles quotations, order coordination, and customer communication for spare parts across industrial equipment. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records. Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, or engineering coordination.
• Familiar with industrial equipment or machinery spare parts will be advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on technical requirements.
• Process and coordinate spare parts orders, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering/service teams on spare parts requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory movement.
• Support spare parts identification and basic technical clarification with customers.

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Working days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Locations: Lentor

Salary: $2800 - $3500
