Job summary

FIRST PORT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to handle MRO enquiries in Singapore.

You will source, analyse quotations, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offers while ensuring timely submission of sales quotations and related purchase orders. You will process sales orders, maintain close communication with vendors and customers to build long-term relationships, and prepare weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience.
• Fluent in oral and written communication.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn with a CAN-DO attitude.
• Sound judgement and good business sense.
• Remuneration commensurate with qualification & experience.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the requirement of customers for their MRO enquiries.
• Actively involve in sourcing, analysing purchase quotation, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offer.
• Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner. Take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
• Process sales order, and follow through the sales processes.
• Close communication with vendors and customers, develope long term relationship.
• Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional Certificate / Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years related experience
• Fluent in communication, both oral and written
• Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
• Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
• Sound judgement and good business sense
• Remuneration package commensurate with qualification & experience.
