Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced coordinator to work with the Sales Manager and internal operations to ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled during aircraft engine shop visits. You will monitor delivery timelines and invoicing while managing costs within the approved budget.

The role may involve occasional overseas travel and requires clear communication to resolve customer concerns and ensure successful service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Manager and internal operations to fulfill contractual requirements during aircraft engine shop visits
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engines to customers
• Ascertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage outstanding credit
• Manage cost of aircraft engine shop visits within the projected budget
• Resolve customer concerns/issues through effective communication and clarifications
• Occasional overseas travel might be required

• Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aircraft engine shop visit
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engine to customers
• Manage cost of aircraft engine shop visit within the projected budget
