Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Sales Support Assistant (Aerospace / Order Processing) to assist the sales team with daily administration, manage customer orders and provide timely order-status updates. The role is based in Seletar, with a 5-day work week and on-site requirements.

Training is provided for candidates with no prior experience. A short 1-year contract includes a completion bonus and potential quarterly commission, with a starting salary of SGD 3,500 plus

• ITE qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in sales support, order processing or customer coordination is beneficial.
• Aviation/aerospace exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales administration and order processing.
• Handle customer orders and update customers on order status promptly.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams on stock replenishment matters.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Prepare reports, business correspondence and sales-related documents.
• Respond to enquiries from customers, managers and internal teams.
• Maintain proper order records and support general sales coordination duties.

Position : Sales Support Assistant (Aerospace / Order Processing)

Location : Seletar (3 minutes walk from bus stop)

Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary $3500 + Quarterly Commission

Duration : 1 year contract with Completion Bonus

Industry : Aerospace / Aviation / Electrical Interconnect Product Distribution

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily sales administration and order processing.
• Handle customer orders and update customers on order status promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE qualification or relevant sales support experience.
• Experience in sales support, order processing or customer coordination will be advantageous.
• Aviation or aerospace industry exposure will be advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Able to prepare reports and general business correspondence.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with numbers, percentages and ratios.
• Able to build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
