Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a Customer/Account Manager for Aero operations in Singapore to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned territories and seek new business opportunities.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years of engines MRO experience, and willingness to travel across customers' time zones to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in engines MRO.
• Knowledge in handling customer queries, quotation and costing.
• Willing to travel and work across customers' time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and grow current business with existing customers in the assigned territories.
• Seek out new business opportunities with new customers in the assigned territories.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to and payment from customers.
• Resolve any service delivery related issues with customers.
• Support other marketing and sales related events such as air shows and marketing campaigns.

Education

Degree / Diploma in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
