Job summary

T.H.I Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team in Singapore. The role supports sales and operations through timely quotations, shipment coordination, and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields and at least 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics sales support. Strong Microsoft Office skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a sales support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with customers, operations, and vendors.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sea and/or air freight operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including quotations, pricing proposals, and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, overseas agents, and vendors to secure competitive freight rates and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries, rate requests, and shipment updates while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely submission and proper filing of quotations, and support the preparation of RFQs and tenders for key accounts.
• Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management; provide weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, pricing proposals, and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and vendors to secure competitive freight rates and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries, rate requests, and shipment updates while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely submission and proper filing of quotations, and support the preparation of RFQs and tenders for key accounts.
• Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
