Job summary

TCI Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused freight forwarding coordinator to handle enquiries, sales support, and quotation preparation for air and ocean shipments. You will navigate import, export, cross-trade, and cross-border trucking needs while coordinating with internal teams and overseas partners.

You will liaise with carriers, prepare pricing and RFQs, ensure accurate shipment documentation, and support key accounts by resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support
• Knowledgeable of air freight, sea freight, import, export, or cross-trade shipment procedures
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air and ocean freight shipments
• Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements
• Coordinate pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Liaise with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, and agents for booking and shipment updates
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records
• Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly

About the role

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues
