Job summary

Wiselink Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Customer Support Associate to handle order processing, shipping coordination, and document preparation. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, assist with quotations, and help close sales. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, a Diploma, and be proficient with MS Office.

5 days work week; on-site role in Singapore. Knowledge of MS Office and customer service is essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing customer orders and providing day-to-day customer support.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with customers, forwarders, or respective service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other documents according to customs and customer requirements.
• Attend to customers' inquiries and requests.
• Liaise closely with customers and suppliers regarding shipment schedules and rescheduling.
• Support sales team with the creation of quotation to customers.
• Interact with customers to close sales.
