Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle enquiries via phone, email and other channels in a timely and professional manner. You will provide accurate information on products, services, orders, quotations and delivery schedules, and process orders and related documents with accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to resolve issues, maintain records and prepare basic reports while providing administrative support as needed.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information on products, services, orders, quotations and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders, quotations and related documents accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on order status, deliveries and outstanding customer requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers through responsive service and timely follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, identify the relevant issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records in the relevant systems.
• Prepare basic reports and provide general administrative support when required.
• Undertake other customer service, administrative and operational duties as assigned.
