Job summary

You will coordinate shipping, prepare documents, respond to inquiries, and assist the sales team in quotes and documentation. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential. A Diploma with at least 2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations and orders and provide daily support.
• Coordinate shipping with customers, freight forwarders and service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists and other paperwork per regulations and customer requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate shipment schedules.
• Support the sales team in preparing customer quotations and related documentation.
• Engage with customers to follow up on opportunities and support sales closures.
