Responsibilities

• Handle overseas customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Source products and issue sales orders upon confirmation.
• Coordinate artwork and outer carton markings for customer approval.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and provide approved documents for production.
• Liaise with forwarders to arrange bookings and shipments.
• Prepare and deliver shipping documents to overseas customers.
• Follow up after sales, maintaining proactive communication and ownership of customer satisfaction.
