Job summary

SINOTRON UNITED PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to help drive overseas client relationships. You will manage sales calls, share product brochures, and process orders while supporting the sales team with accurate information.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location is Sin Ming Midview City, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
• Strong sales pitching skills, particularly over the phone, to engage and persuade clients
• Enjoy engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service
• Highly independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Conduct sales calls to overseas clients to generate and follow up on sales opportunities

• Work location: Sin Ming Midview City (walking distance from Bright Hill MRT station)
• Work schedule: 5-day work week; 8:30am-6:00pm (Mon-Thu), 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)
• Annual leave: 14 days
