Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Sales/ Telemarketer) to join the team in Singapore.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating maintenance contracts, and driving sales through telemarketing and quotations. The position requires 1-2 years in customer support or telemarketing, a diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic salary ranges from 2,300 to 3,000 SGD with commission, working 5 days a week at Aljunied

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Levels or Diploma.
• 1-2 years' experience in customer support roles; telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track and oversee all existing maintenance contracts to ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers when maintenance is due.
• Coordinate with technicians to perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance jobs promptly after completion.
• Email and follow up with customers to reorder consumables such as pads and batteries after expiry.
• Email and follow up with customers to obtain new purchase orders or signed quotations for contract renewals before expiry.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls, sales enquiries and prepare sales quotations.
• Support and complete any ad hoc projects assigned.

Salary: Basic $2300-$3000 + Commission

Location:Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389836 (nearest MRT Mattar)
