Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales support and operations-focused professional in Singapore. The role emphasizes RFQ handling, costing, pricing and quotation preparation using Excel, plus order management and customer liaison across internal teams.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance to resolve issues, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery. Strong Excel and ERP/CRM experience are essential for success in this B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, electronics, electronic manufacturing, electrical, industrial equipment or related industries.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Excel skills with experience in costing, pricing calculations, quotation preparation and data analysis.
• Experience in RFQ, quotation, sales support or order management within a B2B environment.
• ERP/CRM experience such as SAP, Salesforce, Epicor or similar is an advantage.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations and order processing.
• Support new project RFQs by clarifying requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Prepare costing, pricing calculations and quotations using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, inventory and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance and suppliers to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, RMA and post-sales matters.
• Prepare Excel-based costing, sales and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, pricing and order records in ERP/CRM systems.
