Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Sales (Business) Support Executive role.

You will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating customer requests, and generating reports to help drive business performance. You will manage sales orders, build strong customer relationships, and create documents and presentations using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years in sales support or order management.
• Experience in medical equipment, devices, or consumables is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to generate reports.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and tender submissions for sales initiatives.
• Follow up on orders to ensure smooth processing.
• Generate reports and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Build relationships with customers to improve retention.
• Create documents and presentations with MS Office.
• Collaborate within the team to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Meticulous organization of administrative tasks.
• Utilize SAP/SAGE for sales and inventory support.
