Job summary

A technology services firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Support professional to assist in closing sales and managing contracts. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. This role provides training and is based at either Fusionopolis HQ or client offices.

Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Technology Delivery teams to facilitate the closing of sales and renewal business orders, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and revenue reports for assigned account portfolios, providing insights to optimize performance and decision‑making.
  • Support sales operations by drafting and submitting contracts (both soft and hard copies), updating CRM systems, and ensuring the timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and cash collections.
  • Maintain close communication with project teams to stay informed on project status and proactively identify any issues that may impact payment milestones or revenue recognition for the organization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's capabilities, services, and engagement models to ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding contracts and engagements.
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a Sales Support role, ideally as an Account Executive, with a focus on the responsibilities outlined above.
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic technical knowledge is advantageous, particularly an understanding of technology services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high‑pressure situations and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Capable of planning and executing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer interaction and relationship management skills.
