Responsibilities

• Quotation preparation, update, and issue quotations based on sales specifications.
• Maintain neat, up-to-date archives of quotations and related paperwork.
• Respond to routine client emails; escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate salesperson.
• Provide general sales support through data entry, document formatting, printing, scanning, and filing.
