Job summary

TELISTAR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an organized Service Sales Administrator to provide quotation and administrative support.

The role involves preparing T&M and service parts quotations, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to gather the necessary information for timely quotations. You will maintain quotation trackers, customer records, and assist with order processing while adhering to data privacy requirements and approval controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, sales support field.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, quotation processing or order management is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and quotation support to the Service Sales team in Singapore.
• Prepare and process T&M and service parts quotations using internal systems and approved pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Service Operations, Finance and other teams to obtain information needed for quotations.
• Track open quotations and follow up with customers or internal stakeholders on their status.
• Support quote-to-PO follow-up and record outcomes when a purchase order is received.
• Maintain service parts and customer master data and Service Sales records.
