Responsabilidades

• Draft, update, and issue sales quotations based on specifications provided by the sales team.
• Maintain neat, up-to-date archives of all past and current quotations and related paperwork.
• Respond promptly to routine client email inquiries; escalate complex, technical, or high-value inquiries to the relevant salesperson.
• Assist with routine data entry, document formatting, printing, scanning, and digital filing.
• Track status of open quotes and assist in following up with prospects as directed by sales staff.
• Provide general administrative assistance to keep daily sales operations running smoothly.
