Job summary

You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on pricing requests and product availability, and coordinate with sales, marketing and CS teams to ensure timely responses. You will maintain customer information, quotation records, pricing data and sales reports, monitor order status and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while delivering

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing requests, product availability and customer feedback.
• Coordinate internally with the sales team, product marketing team, and CS department.
• Maintain and update customer information, quotation records, pricing data and sales reports.
• Monitor sales activities, order status and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to the relevant teams.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales data, customer reports and business analysis.
• Communicate with customers regarding product information, lead time, pricing and other commercial matters.
• Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
• Maintain good business relationships with customers and provide professional sales support.
• Perform other sales administration duties assigned by the management.
