We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel(Executive/Senior Sales/Sales Manager) to join us! In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales within the hardware and interior materials sector. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored product solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell hardware and interior materials to key business clients, including:
    • Hardware Retailers
    • Interior Design Firms
    • Carpentry Workshops & Contractors
  • Explain product specifications and recommend suitable materials based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations to strengthen business relationships.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for accurate pipeline tracking and client management.
Who Are We Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience in hardware, material supply, or construction-related industries preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate technical specifications effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Possession of a Class 3 / 3A driving licence preferred (transport allowance provided).
