Job summary

Donna Spa Pte Ltd invites an energetic Sales/Outlet Manager to lead our beauty retail team in Singapore. You will drive monthly and annual targets, implement promotions, and elevate customer experiences across outlets.

We seek a proven leader with 3–5 years of sales management experience in beauty/wellness, strong communication, and the ability to engage Mandarin-speaking customers. Retail hours are 11am–8pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or skincare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willingness to work retail hours (11am–8pm).

We’re looking for a Sales/ Outlet Manager to join us at Donna Group and help us drive sales growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences within the beauty industry.

If you love sales leadership, customer engagement, and achieving targets in a fast-paced beauty environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and business development plans to increase revenue and customer retention.

3. Train, coach, and motivate outlet staff while ensuring excellent customer service standards and smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or skincare industry.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a proven sales track record.

3. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

4. Able to commit to retail working hours ie 11am - 8pm.
