Job summary

TALENT HARBOR PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an Outlet Sales & Operations Manager to lead and motivate outlet teams, drive beauty and TCM wellness services and products, and consistently exceed targets.

You will develop sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives, oversee daily operations, manage costs and budgets, ensure SOP compliance, and build strong VIP client relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales/operations management in beauty/spa/wellness.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and TCM wellness concepts.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

7. Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance the brand image and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in sales/operations management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.

2. Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and TCM wellness concepts.

3. Proven leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
