CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead multiple beauty and wellness outlets in Singapore. The role focuses on driving sales, developing retail teams and ensuring excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach Centre Managers, analyse performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns. A strong track record in multi-outlet sales and leadership is essential for success in this permanent, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in retail operations.
• Strong track record in multi-outlet sales management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
