Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager for its beauty and wellness network in Singapore. You will oversee multiple outlets, drive sales performance and build high-performing retail teams across locations.

You will coach Centre Managers, monitor KPIs, forecasts and trends, and partner with Marketing on campaigns and events to grow revenue and customer experience. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
• Experience managing multiple outlets / locations, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or salon.
• Strong sales leadership and people management track record.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
