Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Service.
• Experience with order processing and invoicing preferred.
• Good communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm Sales Orders to Invoices in a timely, accurate manner.
• Track orders and delivery fulfilment.
• Assist sales team with daily admin, filing, data entry, and responding to queries when Account Managers are unavailable.
• Facilitate invoicing, credit notes, and document matching for retail channel customers.
• Attend to customers visiting the office for self-collection.
• Handle inquiries from customers and vendors on orders or product availability.
• Perform ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.
