YTSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent operations administrator to collaborate with sales representatives to draft and review contracts, issue documents, and settle payments, while monitoring the movement of goods and logistics progress.

You will maintain customer communication, resolve issues during order fulfillment, synchronize ledger records, and assist the finance team with reconciliation and audit preparation; additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by senior management.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with sales representatives to complete processes such as contract drafting/initial review, document issuance, and payment settlement; monitor the inbound and outbound movement of goods as well as logistics progress.
• Maintain customer communication, resolve issues arising during order fulfillment, synchronize business ledger records, and assist the finance department with account reconciliation and preparation of audit documentation.
• Assist in preparing the business documentation and logistics vouchers required for the audit.
• Other Support: Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
