BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support daily order processing and warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves handling inbound/outbound orders, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring accurate system transactions and compliance with SOPs.

You will respond to customer inquiries on order status and assist with shipments, deliveries, and related administration.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily inbound and outbound orders.
• Support warehouse operations, shipping, order administration and customer service.
• Handle receiving and delivery issues.
• Process replenishment goods and coordinate replenishment from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area.
• Respond to customer/end-user enquiries on order status.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies and SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy of system transactions and physical goods movements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
