Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Sales & Operations Support Executive on a 6-month contract. The role, located at Marina Square, offers up to SGD 3,800 per month with standard Monday–Friday hours (9:00am–5:30pm).

You will coordinate with inter-company stakeholders on orders, monitor backlogs, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve delivery issues. Also handling import/export docs and logistics coordination. Marina Square office provides convenient access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with inter-company stakeholders on outstanding orders and proactively flag potential fulfilment issues
• Monitor and manage open-order backlogs to support on-time delivery targets
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order and delivery issues
• Support inter-company order fulfilment and shipment coordination
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations
• Coordinate inbound verification and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Troubleshoot freight and logistics challenges and identify process improvements
• Recommend shipment consolidation solutions to optimise freight costs and operational efficiency
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations
• Support order-to-cash processes and maintain proper records
• Prepare monthly reports, including inter-company forecasts and customer delivery reports
• Provide operational support to Sales and Customer Service teams when required

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm

Order Fulfilment & Supply Chain

• Coordinate with inter-company stakeholders on outstanding orders and proactively flag potential fulfilment issues
