Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month assignment at Marina Square, Singapore. You will coordinate inter-company orders, monitor backlogs, and ensure timely deliveries while liaising with Sales and Customer Service to resolve fulfilment issues.

You will also prepare import/export documentation, coordinate shipments with 3PL providers, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 3 years of logistics experience and proficiency in ERP/CRM systems are required.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Degree with 3 years of strong supply chain & logistics or related experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inter-company orders, monitor backlogs and ensure timely deliveries.
Liaise with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
Prepare and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Identify logistics improvements and shipment consolidation opportunities to optimise costs.
Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation.
Manage order-to-cash processes and maintain accurate records.
Provide sales and administrative support, including forecasts and delivery reports.
