Qualifications

Post secondary / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, logistics, or order fulfillment.
Experience in distribution, structured cabling, or technical products is an advantage.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team on order status, pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Support sales activities by preparing reports, tracking orders, and updating customer records.
Assist in managing customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up on order-related matters.
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from receipt to delivery completion.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers on shipment schedules.
