Job summary

CommScope Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by handling sales administration and coordinating with related functions in Singapore. You will assist with price approvals, inventory updates, BoQ verification, and order logging to ensure timely bids and orders.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales support, a business-related degree, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Support or similar role.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales and Pricing Teams for price approvals.
• Support Sales with inventory updates and material availability for bidding with proposals.
• Coordinate with SE team to verify BoQ and recommend alternative MIDs based on supply commitments.
• Ensure distributors place orders on time and liaise with CSO for timely order logging; confirm quotes match POs.
• Liaise with Legal for OEM Authorization and necessary bid approvals.
• Update Distributor, Partners and Sales Managers with updated billing status on key projects.
• Track weekly projections vs order bookings and assist Sales in preparing weekly reports.
• Collaborate with Planners/CSO for material provisioning as needed.
• Coordinate logistics, distributors, and partners for deliveries.
• Assess POP and POS quarterly.
• Address CSO/Planner/Plant queries as required.
• APAC Sales Team Meeting Notes and Action Items follow-ups.
• Follow-Up with Sales team for various reports and data.
• Handle distributor PO amendments and distributor queries on order execution; track site warranties.
