Job summary

DealHub Ltd in Singapore seeks a Client Operations Specialist to manage orders from first contact to delivery. You will act as the main liaison for clients, analyze inventory and sales plans, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipping.

In addition, you will support commercial negotiations, liaise with internal teams on pricing strategies, monitor payment progress, and assist with account reconciliations to keep receivables on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, order operations, or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client order requirements.
• Analyze client inventory and sales plans to confirm periodic orders.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Participate in price communication and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate quotation strategies and finalize pricing.
• Respond promptly to issues arising during the delivery process.
• Liaise with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to secure shipping schedules post-order confirmation.
• Assist the finance team in facilitating timely account reconciliation with clients.
• Monitor payment progress and ensure collections are made according to milestones.
