Job summary

HERMESYS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support sales and order management. You will prepare quotations, verify purchase orders, coordinate with purchasing, logistics and other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and act as the primary contact for customers.

You will proactively update customers on progress, generate inventory reports, assist with data-driven improvements, and support inter-team data tasks using Excel to drive sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and collaborate with sales managers to support sales activities
• Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, generating internal job orders accordingly
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear information on products, services, and order status
• Communicate proactively with customers to update them on order progress, delivery schedules, and resolve potential issues
• Generate and maintain detailed inventory reports to track sales performance and support forecasting efforts
• Assist sales managers with various sales-related tasks to enhance team effectiveness
• Support the team leader by assisting with work process improvements and data generation
• Support inter-company administrative tasks as required
• Apply Excel skills to manage data and reporting efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
