• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
• Follow up on order fulfilment, deliveries, stock availability, and order status.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, urgent requests, and customer enquiries.
• Provide updates to customers and the sales team on order progress.
• Assist with customer account creation and required documentation.
• Investigate and coordinate solutions for order and delivery issues.
• Maintain records and sales documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties.
