TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to process orders, generate invoices, and coordinate with factories and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle proforma invoices, payment documentation, and data verification across departments. The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or logistics coordination.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics coordination, or similar role.
• Experience handling sales orders, purchase orders, DOs, invoices, shipping documents, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with ERP/order-management/inventory systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with part numbers, pricing, customer records, and documents.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain customer sales orders; issue delivery orders, invoices, and related documents on time.
• Prepare proforma invoices and provide complete payment documentation for follow-up and processing.
• Verify data before releasing documents and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Enter purchase orders and transmit to factories, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, prices, dates, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with factories and logistics to communicate changes and commitments.
• Prepare shipping arrangements, coordinate delivery schedules, and support timely deliveries.
• Monitor open orders and delivery status; escalate potential delays or issues.
• Manage the full return merchandise authorization cycle and related records.
• Update inventory movements and price records in the system for accuracy.
• Maintain orderly filing of sales, purchasing, shipping, invoicing and returns documents.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with process improvement and system implementation.
