Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or order processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse, logistics and internal teams on orders.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations, and urgent requests.
• Assist with customer account creation and documentation.
• Support sales reps with order status updates and customer requests.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and sales team.
• Respond to inquiries on orders, pricing, stock, and deliveries.
