Job summary

Gan Hup Lee Pte Ltd, in partnership with the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) under the JSIT WST initiative, is seeking a meticulous and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join the team in Singapore. You will provide administrative support by managing documentation, processing sales orders, and coordinating with sales and logistics on order fulfilment and payments.

In this role you will handle accounts statements, assist in collections, and respond to customer enquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Experience in sales support or administrative role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties including filing and document sorting.
• Liaise with Sales Team and Logistics Team for sales orders and payment arrangements.
• Assist in payment collection arrangements.
• Generate and check statements of accounts.
• Answer calls and handle enquiries
