Job summary

MP Biomedicals Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales Operations Executive to support sales activities, customer service, lead management and CRM administration to drive growth and efficiency.

You will manage enquiries, quotations and orders, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to enable timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service or related function preferred.
• Good understanding of scientific products and ability to communicate product information effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and meticulous with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, qualify and follow up on sales enquiries and leads generated through multiple channels.
• Engage customers to understand requirements, product interests and opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and provide product information within responsibilities.
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system (M3).
• Maintain accurate CRM data including customers, leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve customer enquiries and service-related issues professionally.
• Develop knowledge of the Company’s Life Science and Diagnostic products.
• Prepare reports on leads, quotations, enquiries, order status and CRM activities.
• Identify and propose improvements to sales operations and CRM processes.

Job description

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for supporting sales activities, customer service operations, lead management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency. The role involves managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders, following up on sales leads generated through various channels, maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other cross-functional teams, the position supports the development of direct sales, e-sales and distribution channels across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, qualify and follow up on sales enquiries and leads generated through the Company website, e-shop, digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, social media and other channels
• Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements, product interests and potential business opportunities
• Prepare quotations and provide product-related information within the scope of assigned responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly in the ERP system (M3)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales leads, opportunities and related activities in the Company's CRM system
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Resolve customer enquiries, order discrepancies and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Company's Life Science and Diagnostic product portfolio
• Prepare and maintain reports relating to sales leads, quotations, customer enquiries, order status and CRM activities
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales operations, customer service and CRM processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, inside sales or a related function, preferably within the Life Science, Diagnostics, Biomedical or Healthcare industry
• Good understanding of scientific products and the ability to communicate product information effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented, proactive and meticulous, with strong follow-up skills
• Commercial awareness and an interest in sales development and customer engagement
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively with cross-functional team
