Job summary

ANTER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist in Singapore for a 1-year contract, onsite, reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager.

You will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate with shipping and intercompany teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery. The role requires a year of customer service experience, English proficiency, and knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer contact / customer service centre environment.
• English required; Chinese and/or Malay preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage order inbox assignments and enter orders via electronic and manual methods, including credits and debits, replacements, returns and complex products.
• Review and edit orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery; follow up or re-promise order commitments where needed.
• Manage customer order releases in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle inbound customer calls, queries and complaints in a positive, approachable and helpful way.
• Validate pricing by reviewing customer Purchase Orders against quotations, liaising with the Pricing and Contracts team where required.
• Assist in investigating complaints and credit requests; serve as the first escalation point for product returns and credit requests.
• Coordinate with shipping agents and intercompany teams on shipments.
• Ensure documentation is attached to orders and customer interactions are recorded in SAP / SFDC.
• Process activities in compliance with Customer Service Procedures, SOPs and SDS requirements (ISO 9001).
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives, administrative tasks, and sales and supply chain functions as needed.

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join the Commercial Operations team of a global life sciences company in Singapore. The role supports external customers, the sales team and internal stakeholders with queries and inquiries in a professional, timely and accurate manner. This is a 1-year contract role, working onsite in Singapore under close supervision and reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer contact / customer service centre environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
• English required; Chinese and/or Malay (written and verbal) preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and handle disputes calmly
• Customer-service and results oriented, with a high level of dedication and responsibility
