Job summary

Velocity Electronics, based at the Tai Seng office, is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the sales force and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves coordinating order processes, supporting purchasing, and resolving order issues with the distribution center. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a 4-year degree and 1+ years in an office or sales setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Experience: None.
• 1+ years of office or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, modify, and maintain orders in Velocity’s ERP.
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of the salesperson.
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure timely shipping.
• Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report.
• Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists.
• Process order changes and resolve problems.
• Create service orders and request service/testing quotes.
• Create RMAs and link orders.
• Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records.
