Job summary

JEC Technology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales admin professional to handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and shipment documentation.

You will track inventory, maintain customer records, and support the sales team to achieve targets while staying current on product features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration / Customer Service / Order Fulfilment related position.
• Prior working experience in Precision Engineering / Automation / Electronics industry will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office.
• Positive attitude with customer service mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
