Job summary

Velocity Electronics, Corp. in Singapore invites you to join as a Sales Assistant, providing administrative and operational support to the sales force. You'll help coordinate order processing, nonconforming material handling, and ERP data entry to keep the sales cycle moving smoothly.

We seek organized, flexible candidates who can multitask and work Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm. Diploma holders and above are welcome; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity's ERP
• Review customer purchase order terms and requirements, and ensure they are communicated to relevant teams
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Manage the Storage Inventory Report and Nonconforming Material (NCM) Disposition Report for sales department

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
