POSITION OVERVIEW
Due to continued business growth, EOS is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to help fulfill and exceed the company’s service delivery requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sourcing and liaising with third‑party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment
- Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisations
- Proactively plan and organise inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates
- Carry out purchase order processing
- Undertake training as required or as identified by management for proper execution or development within your role/company
- Any other ad hoc duties reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
- Efficient time‑management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast‑moving, growing global company
- Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem‑solving, capable of thinking on feet to overcome supply issues
- Can maintain a high standard of work even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues
- Be a motivated, self‑starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work
- Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Degree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not required
- Demonstrable experience working in a Procurement, Customer Service, IT or Logistics role
- Experience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environments
- Experience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks
- A firm knowledge of the supply chain process
