Job summary

EOS is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support growth by coordinating IT & AV equipment sourcing, deliveries and vendor collaborations for global clients. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely fulfillment and high service levels.

Based in Singapore, you will manage purchase orders, track shipping timelines, and help optimise our procurement processes. The role suits a detail‑driven communicator with strong IT literacy and a proactive problem‑solver

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy.
• Strong numeracy and analytical ability with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work in a fast-moving global environment.
• Experience with procurement, customer service, IT or logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and liaise with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment.
• Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, including top global IT organisations.
• Plan and organise inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates.
• Carry out purchase order processing.
• Undertake training as required and handle ad hoc duties as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Due to continued business growth, EOS are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to help fulfil and exceed the company’s service delivery requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment
• Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management
• Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisations
• Proactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates
• Carryout purchase order processing
• Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.
• Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
• Efficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company
• Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply.
• Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues
• Be a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Degree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not required
• Demonstrable experience working in either a Procurement/Customer Service/IT or Logistics role
• Experience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environments
• Experience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks
• A firm knowledge of the supply chain process
• Experience or exposure working with stakeholders, vendors, or clients across the APAC region
• Flexibility to support customers and partners across different time zones
