Sales and Procurement Operations Lead, APAC and UK
The Operations Lead, APAC leads regional quoting, procurement, and order management activities from Singapore, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Sales Support, Finance, Trade Compliance, Partner Management, Vendors and Distributors, PMO, and Customer Service teams to improve fulfilment performance and support continued growth across APAC.
Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Procurement Operations and Order Management teams.
Manage team performance, resourcing requirements, escalations, and alignment with global headquarters.
Conduct regular operational reviews and synchronisation meetings with HQ and US operations teams to support global opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Lead quoting, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance management activities.
Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and effective issue resolution across operational processes.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate complex opportunities and business requirements.
Collaborate with Partner Management, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Finance teams to support successful execution.
Lead timely and accurate order execution from purchase order receipt through invoicing.
Provide regular order status updates and support the resolution of customer issues.
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve service delivery.
Monitor order backlog and implement actions to improve fulfilment speed and efficiency.
Coordinate with Trade Compliance, Logistics, Warehouse, PMO, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across APAC operations functions.
Maintain standard operating procedures, internal controls, and policy compliance requirements.
Support systems enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor and analyse key operational metrics and recommend performance improvements.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and provide leadership with updates on performance, risks, and key initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are advantageous.
8 to 10+ years of experience across sales operations, procurement, order management, or supply chain functions.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across the APAC region and delivering operational improvements within complex environments.
Proficiency with ERP platforms, order management systems, CRM tools, and advanced Excel reporting.
Strong understanding of procurement, order management, and order-to-cash processes.
Proven leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
