CELBLOS DERMAL RESEARCH CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive in Singapore to support the OEM Business Manager and ensure smooth project execution from inquiry to delivery.

The role collaborates with Business Development, R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, Artwork/Design, Logistics and Finance, maintaining regular customer communication and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, order management or project coordination.
• Experience in OEM, skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple internal departments and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle OEM customer inquiries, RFQs and quotation requests.
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, Artwork and Logistics teams.
• Prepare quotations and ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications and requirements.
• Manage customer orders, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track OEM projects from product development through to mass production and delivery.
• Follow up on project milestones, approvals, outstanding actions and deadlines.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely project updates.
• Resolve or elevate operational issues that may affect timelines or customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, project and order records.
• Prepare sales, project status and order reports for the Business Manager.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal SOPs and processes.
• Support continuous improvement of sales and operational workflows.
• Manage and maintain integrity of customers details timely on CRM.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the OEM Business Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of customer projects from initial inquiry through to final delivery. You will work closely withBusiness Development, R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, Artwork/Design, Logistics and Finance, while maintaining regular communication with customers.

This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, follows through on details and is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be an important link between commercial requirements and operational execution, ensuring that customer expectations, product specifications, timelines, pricing and documentation are accurately communicated and followed through.

For the right candidate, this position can serve as a strong foundation for future progression into Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Sales Operations Management within the OEM and beauty manufacturing industry.
