We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to support the company's sales growth, customer acquisition, and marketing activities. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, promote products, and implement initiatives to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers to increase sales
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and other business documents to support sales processes
• Develop and execute sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective client accounts to support conversion and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, leads, and business opportunities for effective tracking
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance, marketing activities, and progress towards targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on customer requirements and delivery of products or services
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned by management
