Job summary

LE FONG BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive the specification of waterproofing, coatings and concrete repair services.

The role focuses on sales support across Singapore and requires strong technical understanding of construction drawings. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales/marketing for waterproofing products, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with Chinese contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in waterproofing products/services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with Chinese contractors.
• Willing to handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the specification of waterproofing, coatings and concrete repair services in Singapore.
• Execute all sales support activities in Singapore.
• Interpret construction drawings (plan/section/elevation).
• Design and develop waterproofing details and coordinate with CAD engineers for drawings.
• Provide technical assistance pre- and post-sales at project sites.
• Manage key accounts: purchase orders, deliveries, feedback, and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the specification of our services in the building and construction industry (Waterproofing, Coatings & Concrete Repairs)
• Responsible for the execution of all sales support activities in Singapore
• Understand construction drawings (plan/section/elevation)
• Design and develop waterproofing details and coordinate with the CAD engineers to develop drawings for architects and contractors
• Provide technical assistance pre & post-sales at the project sites related to waterproofing products
• Key account management (purchase order/delivery/feedback/client relationship)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines with exp. will be considered
• Min. 5 years of sales/marketing or working experience in Waterproofing products/services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with Chinese contractors
• Must be prepared to attend to customer’s queries.
